Refund policy
Effective Date: 12/11/2025.
Because our services are bespoke and delivered on a consulting basis, refunds are generally not applicable once work has commenced.
1. Before Work Begins
You may cancel a booked service within 7 days of confirmation, provided work has not started. A full refund will be issued.
2. After Work Begins
Once work has started (e.g., analysis, reporting, or meetings), no refund is available. However, we will always aim to resolve any issue amicably and fairly.
3. Service Changes
If you wish to change or postpone work, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate scheduling changes.
