Overview

This page explains how you can request the deletion of any personal data that Quantised has collected about you through our applications, integrations, or services (including any app connected to Meta Platforms, Inc.).

We take data privacy seriously and are committed to complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

How to Request Deletion of Your Data

To request deletion of your personal data, please email us at:

Please include the following in your request:

• Your full name
• The email address or account/profile information associated with your use of our app or service
• A brief description confirming you would like your data deleted

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request, to ensure we don't delete data at the request of someone impersonating you.

What Happens Next

Once we receive and verify your request:

1. We will locate any personal data we hold about you.
2. We will permanently delete that data from our systems and any connected third-party services (such as our CRM) where technically possible.
3. We will confirm by email once deletion is complete.

We aim to complete all deletion requests within 30 days, in line with our obligations under UK GDPR.

What Data We Delete

Upon a verified request, we will delete all personal data associated with your account or interactions with our app, including but not limited to:

• Contact information (name, email address, phone number)
• Account or profile identifiers
• Any interaction or usage data linked to you

Exceptions

In limited circumstances, we may be required or permitted to retain certain data, for example:

• Where we have a legal obligation to retain records (such as for tax or accounting purposes)
• Where data is needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
• Where data has already been anonymised such that it no longer identifies you

Your Right to Complain

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data deletion request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK's data protection authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
