We identify the dull, repetitive bits of running the business and build the automated tooling required so that they just happen, leaving you to focus on selling your products.

There's a particular kind of task that eats an afternoon: copying an order into a spreadsheet, chasing the same email, sorting the same inbox. It isn't hard. It's just there, every week, and it adds up to a surprising chunk of your life.

Most of it can be handed to software, and the tools to do it have got much better, and much cheaper, lately. This is where we build those things for you: connecting the tools you already use, setting up AI to take on the right jobs, and showing you how to look after it so it doesn't turn into one more thing you're nervous of.

Things we'll build

• n8n Workflow Automation Project: one workflow, built to do one job well, for example new order to spreadsheet to Slack message, or enquiry to CRM to a reply. Fixed scope, with documentation so you know what it does.
• Claude Code Setup Service: Claude Code installed and configured on your machine, with the habits that make it useful, so you can build and fix small things yourself. For people who are comfortable with a computer but not a command line. A small monthly care plan is available.

Someone on call

• Fractional Automation Partner: a day a month of our time, for the ongoing flow of "could we automate this?" that comes up once you've started. A monthly service, with a one-off setup.

What to expect

We start by watching how the work really happens, which is usually different from how it's described. We'll tell you which jobs are worth automating and which would cost more to build than they'd ever save, and we won't build the second sort.

Anything we build is yours: documented, in accounts you own, with no mystery logins. If you'd rather decide what's worth doing first, start with Modernisation, which is the "look before you build" side.

The honest bit

Automation isn't magic and it isn't always the answer. It breaks, occasionally, when something it relies on changes, so we build in ways to tell you when it does. And AI is brilliant at some things and useless or risky at others; we'll say which is which for your use, and keep personal data out of anything it doesn't need to see.
